摘要: Summary The isoenzyme patterns of individual plants from a population the annual Senecio sylvaticus was determined at four stages development, i.e. small rosette stage, large shooting stage and flowering by gelelectrophoresis. Changes pattern occurred only in 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase, other six enzymes tested, remained constant throughout life cycle. isoenzymes dehydrogenase were compartmentated cytosol chloroplast. With ageing activity chloroplast decreased that those increased.
