摘要: The interrelationship of blood lead (BPb), activity δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase (ALAD), erythrocyte protoporphyrin (EP), cadmium (BCd), serum copper (SCu), zinc (SZn), selenium (SSe), hematocrit (Hct), body mass index (BMI), age, smoking habits, and alcohol consumption to pressure was examined in 154 Croatian male subjects 19–53 years age. None the had been occupationally exposed metals, or used any medication that could influence metal metabolism. median range values were: BPb, 57 (25–254) μg/L; ALAD, 51.9 (22.8–96.4) European units; EP, 0.68 (0.38–1.68) μmol/L erythrocytes; BCd, 0.83 (0.21–11.93) SCu, 1113 (763–1662) SZn, 961 (734–1213) SSe, 73.6 (44.2–106.9) systolic pressure, 131 (105–165) mm Hg; diastolic 94 (71–112) Hg. Systolic significantly correlated with an increase BMI (P<0.0005 P<0.0001, respectively), EP (P<0.0002 P<0.002, BPb (P<0.005 P<0.01, respectively). After adjusting for potential confounding variables by multiple regression, predictive (P<0.0005) log (P<0.02) inversely BPb*SSe interaction term (P<0.007), alternatively (P<0.0001), (P<0.001), (P<0.02), Hct (P<0.05). An (P<10−5), (P<0.04), (P=0.05) (P<0.0007), (P<0.002), (P<0.004), (P<0.04) (P<0.04). With respect study population, 27 Hg 14 found. results indicate a significant Pb-related particularly within low-level Pb exposure (BPb 25–75 μg/L, and/or 0.4–1.0 erythrocytes).
