摘要: PURPOSE: To investigate differences in quantitative autofluorescence (qAF) imaging measurements between eyes with and without large drusen, whether qAF change over time the drusen. METHODS: Eighty-five from participants bilateral drusen 51 healthy underwent at least once, age-related macular degeneration were reviewed 6-monthly. Normalized grey values 9° to 11° eccentricity fovea averaged provide a summary measure of (termed qAF8). RESULTS: In multivariable model, qAF8 not significantly different (P = 0.130), showed decline 0.013).
