摘要: Herein, a facile bottom–up approach for producing nitrogen doped graphene quantum dots (N-GQDs) was carried out by the carbonization of citric acid through hydrothermal treatment in presence ammonia and fluorescent sensor determination Fe3+ ions has been demonstrated. These synthesized N-GQDs consist mostly 1–3 layers having uniform size about 3.5 nm, atoms were successfully introduced into lattice (GQDs). Due to introduction atoms, exhibit bright green luminescence with higher yield 30.7%, whereas GQDs show blue 4.5%. Furthermore, novel application performed sensing platform detection high sensitivity selectivity. are promising applications biosensors, biological imaging optoelectronic devices.
