摘要: Aging is accompanied by expected, gradual, and progressive changes in organs systems. Peak function occurs most the second third decade of life followed gradual decline. Most manifestations are subtle seldom affect daily function. As a result age-related changes, there decline homeostatic reserves. During periods increased demand or stress induced illness, older adult may experience reserves to be inadequate for situation. In particular, physiological expected over time need distinguished from pathological resulting disease. Chronological biological aging do not necessarily match; highly variable individualized. Successful several factors including genetics, prevention management lifestyle, environmental factors.
