摘要: Meat is often wasted due to the perceived concerns of its shelf life and preservation. Specifically, in meat formation, biogenic amines (BAs) are major agents spoil them. Herein, we have developed a carbon disulfide (CS2) added colloidal gold nanoparticles-based colorimetric sensor for rapid on-site detection amines. Transmission electron microscopy used observe morphological changes nanoparticles aggregation behavior CS2 nanoparticles' solution. Raman spectroscopic analysis further characterize peaks CS2, Cad CS2-Cad molecules. Absorption spectroscopy estimate differences diffuse reflectance spectra samples. The sensing performed systematically presence absence CS2. detected BAs with limit (LOD) value 50.00 µM. Furthermore, has shown an LOD µM multiple at single time. observed absorption signals indicate that structure converted dithiocarbamate (DTC)-BA molecule, chemical reactions between amine groups Significantly, offers distinct features such as facile fabrication approach, strategy, analysis, visual detection, cost-effective, possibility mass production, availability detect time appreciable sensitivity. can be effectively promising alternative tool estimation BAs.
