摘要: The effects of air pollution on health have been recognized for many hundreds years. In London, during December 1952, a particularly bad smog, which involved extreme elevations both SO 2 and black smoke, was associated with more than 1,000 extra deaths 5-d period (1). majority the responsible smogs is derived from domestic industrial burning fossil fuels. introduction legislation to reduce fuels in Britain elsewhere has meant that make-up environmental changed considerably. However, decline fuel-associated pollutants replaced by steady increase traffic-associated such as finer, respirable particulates, oxides nitrogen (NOx), ozone (O 3 ), volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
