摘要: Genetic diversity of Chara populations found in Israeli Negev Desert streams was analyzed using amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) 31 individuals. The adjacent Avdat and Aqev were used as study sites the Ein National Park. A Jaccard phylogenetic tree, based on 468 loci, showed clear separation between four species: C. vulgaris, contraria, gymnophylla sp. last two species served out groups from Northern Israel. In both vulgaris genetic differences originating streams: higher private loci number (80 vs. 24 58 25 contraria) polymorphic level (45% 23% 39% 21% compared to Aqev. divergence revealed within is presumably adaptive determined by natural selection associated with ecological stress. Sunlight intensity, water pH be main variables clustering, through selection, varying ecology sampling stations along each streams. Evidence for gene flow structure analysis, suggesting that condition regulating factor oospores establishing, hence, occurs more often similar conditions.
