摘要: The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect pretreatment with commercial sodium hypochlorite, 5.25%, a self-etch adhesive (Optibond Versa) in its original formula and incorporation silver nanoparticles (NaAg) on fluorotic dentin. 240 human molars were classified according fluorosis severity Thylstrup-Fejerskov Index (TFI) subdivided into three study subgroups technique: ( ) (SE) control subgroup; NaOCl/SE + NaAg subgroup. nanostructural characteristics observed by AFM, μTBS tested, hybrid layer formation SEM.
