摘要: PEDOT nanowires of different size and morphology were successfully synthesized in aqueous solution via lithographically patterned nanowire electrodeposition (LPNE) order to establish a direct relationship between the synthesis conditions properties. Optical microscopy, atomic force microscopy (AFM), cyclic voltammetry electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) are utilized characterize size, properties resulting nanowires. AFM show that various parameters (deposition methods, deposition voltage, time, template etc.) have great impact on materials prepared EIS measurement demonstrates those exhibit exceptional capacitive property compared commercial capacitors polymer dispersion capacitors.
