摘要: Background We sought to develop and validate a predictive model of locoregional recurrence (LRR) in patients who underwent breast-conserving therapy (BCT) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC). Patients methods The clinicopathological characteristics 520 consecutive primary breast cancer with residual tumor BCT NAC between 2001 2008 were evaluated. Predictive variables LRR determined using multivariate Cox proportional hazards model. The was validated for discrimination calibration by bootstrap re-sampling. Results At median follow-up period 51 months, 64 (12%) had developed LRR. Clinical stage T3 or T4, lymphovascular invasion, nuclear grade >3, ≥4 positive lymph nodes metastasis positively correlated nomogram predicting these four-clinicopathologic demonstrated high concordance. Patients score 0–1 derived the prediction significantly low rate compared 2 higher (P < 0.001). Conclusions This may be useful predict reproducibility.
