摘要: Damage occurring to noradrenergic neurons in the locus coeruleus (LC) contributes evolution of neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration a variety conditions diseases. One cause LC damage may be loss neurotrophic support from target regions. We tested this hypothesis by conditional unilateral knockout brain-derived factor (BDNF) adult mice.
