摘要: Dyspnea is a subjective experience of breathing discomfort that can limit the ability and motivation to perform exercise or exertion. It common problem affects specific groups patients, such as, those suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, interstitial lung in healthy humans during aging, pregnancy, obesity. In this review, current mechanistic model exertional dyspnea summarized new research demonstrating how treatment strategies improve by reducing central ventilatory drive, improving dynamic mechanics, respiratory muscle function highlighted. Lastly, we review effects aging recent evidence for male–female difference with respect exertional-related dyspnea.
