摘要: Batik industry wastewater is derived from the coloring and wax removal (pelorodan) processes. The treatment for batik can be made simple cheap using phytotechnology principle. One of principles by treating plants as phytotreatment agents which will absorb pollutants in wastewater. used this study were Egeria densa Salvinia molesta a laboratory-scale reactor batch systems. first performed step was acclimatization then continued Range Finding Test (RFT). RFT result would give value pollutant’s concentration to next study, phytoremediation test. Phytoremediation test conducted 17 days. studied parameters Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) Chemical (COD). showed that single reached highest efficiency reduce BOD COD thecoloring wastewater, with 93% 95% or equal 94.4 mg BOD/ L 392.2 COD/L. For lowest concentrations species within days 99% equivalent 1693.1 BOD/L 4338.5
