摘要: The effect of a heavy (marathon, 2.5 hr) and moderate (35 min running) sport stress on the number function lymphocytes, plasma cortisol leucocyte levels was investigated. Marathon running had profound lymphocytes. Though total lymphocytes did not change, their responsiveness to PHA Con A, especially PPD, clearly depressed. suppression lymphocyte transformation transient, recovery occurring in 24 hr. marathon no antibody-forming capacity when antigen given immediately after performance marathon, i.e. at time response PHA, A PPD stimulation impaired. clear-cut granulocytosis elevation seen all runners. 35 also resulted an increase cortisol, but it cause any impairment function.
