摘要: Abstract Identifying the critical success factors (CSFs) of institutional repositories can influence their successful implementation. This study investigates perceived importance and actual performance worldwide. A web-based questionnaire was distributed to 354 repository managers via OpenDOAR email distribution service achieved a response rate 83.3%.
