摘要: A geostatistical approach using replicated grassland sites (10 m × 10 m) was applied to investigate the influence of management, i.e. unfertilized pastures and fertilized mown meadows representing low high land-use intensity (LUI), on soil biogeochemical properties spatial distributions ammonia-oxidizing denitrifying microorganisms in soil. Spatial autocorrelations different N-cycling communities ranged between 1.4 7.6 m for ammonia oxidizers from 0.3 m nosZ-type denitrifiers scales >14 m nirK-type denitrifiers. The heterogeneity nirS-type increased LUI, but decreased properties, suggesting that biotic and/or abiotic factors other than those measured are driving distribution these at plot scale. Furthermore, (amoA archaea amoA bacteria) nitrate reducers (napA narG) showed coexistence, whereas niche partitioning found nirK- Together, our results indicate analysis is a useful tool characterize functional microbial guilds with respect management. In addition, analyses allowed us identify distinct ranges indicating coexistence or
