摘要: Nanoluciferase (NanoLuc) is a newly developed small monomeric luciferase reporter with the brightest bioluminescence reported to date. Recently, we have used NanoLuc as novel ultrasensitive bioluminescent probe for ligand-receptor interaction studies.
