摘要: This paper explores differences between men and women in levels of work satisfaction, employing data from the Australian component International Project on Class Structure Consciousness. While moment tend to be concentrated low-status, low-paid positions, that is secondary labour market, suggest that, general, they are more satisfied with paid employment than men. Employment constraints found a key factor observed satisfaction. For both groups, however, it clear satisfaction derives primarily work-related factors.
