摘要: Abstract Objective This study was designed to establish bone mineral density (BMD) reference data of proximal femur, research the effect age, height and weight on BMD estimate prevalence osteoporosis in a Chinese female population. In addition we compared results with Lebanese USA white women data. Methods Our conducted at one center, including 1578 women, aged 20–79years. We measured for femur using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, then established database set up regression equations effects BMD. After that, calculated standardized them Results The peak occurred age range 30–39 years femoral neck Ward's triangle, 40–49 trochanter which were later than women. lower most ranges. Weight profoundly influenced all groups, mainly effected older groups. among 50–79 old 9.6% neck, higher but Conclusion is normative different from data, provides more reliable information China.
