摘要: ABSTRACT Chasmosaurus mariscalensis is a new species of ceratopsian dinosaur (Ornithischia; Ceratopsia) from the upper part Aguja Formation (late Campanian, Judithian) in Big Bend National Park, Brewster County, Texas. This distinguished other by its relatively short and broad squamosal bearing six very large epoccipitals, maxilla without pronounced lateral shelf, premaxilla posterodorsal extension, long supraorbital horncores adults. A bone bed accumulation comprising disarticulated remains 10–15 juvenile, subadult, fully adult individuals forms hypodigm C. mariscalensis, allows first full description postcranial skeleton for genus. Males females are separated on basis brow horncore orientation. most advanced morphologically intermediate with Pentaceratops several characters.
