摘要: The objective of this article is to explain the job match, which assessed by comparing attained education and job-required as reported workers. We frame our empirical work according occupational mobility theory. Using a cross-section workers from representative survey Spanish labor force, we consider overeducated be those who report that level their jobs require below they have attained. Our results indicate less experience, decreased on-thejob training higher turnover than other comparable also observe an improvement in match over age mobility.
