摘要: Several growth factors act in concert during liver regeneration vivo. Once hepatic injury occurs, is stimulated by hepatocyte factor (HGF), transforming (TGF)-α, and heparin-binding epidermal factor-like (HB-EGF), whereas TGF-s1 terminates regeneration. Treatment with a combination of HGF (EGF), comparison that either or EGF, was found to additively stimulate mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) activity cyclin D1 expression additively, resulting additive stimulation DNA synthesis. In contrast, treatment completely inhibited synthesis through marked decrease E expression, although factor-induced MAPK were not affected TGF-s1. These results indicate potent mitogens such as HGF, TGF-α, HB-EGF can cooperatively induce the enhancement ofliver an increase Ras/MAPK followed suppresses signals between E, inhibition
