摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses various methods of the study antigenic properties oncovirus envelope and basic information about these antigens: structure, chemical composition, origin antigens. Various approaches methodologies for include (1) separate solubilized proteins, (2) intact virions, (3) viral antigens located in cytoplasmic membrane virus-producing cells. According to group-specific determinants, all oncoviruses may be distributed into same groups according determinants major internal protein p25/30. The virus are avian type C viruses, murine feline (4) simian (5) viruses RD114/BEV group, (6) D (7) B (8) bovine leukemia virus.
