摘要: Abstract The clinical course and results of calcium, phosphorus nitrogen balance, radiocalcium kinetics electron microscopy in a case tumoral calcinosis are presented, with review the relevant literature. Rapid exchange calcium between serum masses increased intestinal absorption dietary have been demonstrated. No defect skeletal turnover was noted. Although exact cause remains unclear, elevated levels frequent occurrence among siblings suggest that may be an inborn error metabolism. structural characteristics reported here indicate inflammation or degeneration local factors involved pathogenesis progression calcinosis. Cells lining spaces structurally apparently functionally similar to osteoblasts osteoclasts.
