摘要: Ynamides are among the most powerful building blocks in organic synthesis and have become invaluable starting materials for construction of multifunctional compounds challenging architectures that would be difficult to prepare otherwise. The rapidly growing popularity originates from unique reactivity ease manipulation polarized ynamide triple bond, advance practical methods making them, simplicity storage handling. These attractive features demonstration numerous synthetic applications spurred development intriguing asymmetric reaction strategies during last decade. An impressive variety chemo-, regio- stereoselective carbon–carbon carbon–heteroatom bond forming reactions with ynamides been developed now significantly enrich toolbox chemists. This review provides a comprehensive overview chemistry since 2010 focus on general scope, current limitations, stereochemical control mechanistic aspects.
