摘要: Abstract Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a devastating trauma that often leads to permanent loss of motor and sensory functions, pain, spasticity. A functional repair injured tissue in the adult central nervous system remains major issue for current biomedical research its advancing clinical translation. Regenerative medicine, together with engineering various interdisciplinary methods, may offer new approaches reduce neuronal death, glial scars at site, induce axonal regeneration. In this review we introduce SCI, pathophysiology, available experimental models, behavioral testing, which have been used further study. We also provide comprehensive overview selected based on cell transplantation, antioxidative treatment, laser therapy, biomaterial scaffolds, their combinations. Finally, consider future direction spinal neuromodulation such as electrical stimulation or molecular manipulation, could overcome barriers inhibiting growth promote
