摘要: Abstract Macromolecular plasmin-resistant cores remaining after prolonged action of this enzyme on fibrinogen and fibrin were isolated. Each core consisted two fragments designated D E (fibrinogen) d e (fibrin). These separated by chromatography CM-cellulose. All appeared to be homogeneous ultracentrifugation. Amino acid composition, sedimentation diffusion constants, electrophoretic mobilities biological activities these established. The following molecular weight values calculated: D, 80 300; d, 82 200; E, 47 900; e, 48 600. Except for some small differences in amino no other significant observed between Fragments nor e. plasmin both substrates (fibrinogen fibrin) appears result the formation almost identical high-molecular-weight end products.
