摘要: The feasibility of using magnetic ion exchange (MIEX) treatment, in-line alum coagulation, and low-pressure membrane filtration was investigated for the simultaneous removal total phosphorus (TP) effluent organic matter (EfOM) from biologically treated wastewater. focus also placed on minimizing fouling polyvinylidene fluoride polyethersulfone membranes, which are most commonly used membranes in new retrofit wastewater treatment plants. MIEX alone effective EfOM, plus a small dose very removing both EfOM TP. removed phosphorus, but acids were preferentially removed, effects competing anions insignificant. All pretreatment strategies decreased resistance to filtration. greatest decrease achieved by (15 mL L−1) low (∼0.5 mg Al L−1). Sweep floc coagulation without also...
