摘要: The purpose of this study 16,931 black and white Connecticut women diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in 1988–1995 was to examine survival relation surrogate or proxy indicators both socioeconomic status (SES) access primary care. Patients were followed through 1998, the risk death elevated for lowest (vs. highest) SES category independent stage at diagnosis other characteristics, especially among patients before age 65 years. health care indicator not associated when patient characteristics (including variable diagnosis) taken into account.
