The superconducting transition of 2-D Josephson-junction arrays in a small perpendicular magnetic field

摘要: We have investigated in detail the influence of a small perpendicular field on observation superconducting phase transition Josephson-tunnel junction arrays with linear and nonlinear resistance measurements. find that even residual strongly enhances crossing single vortices. In these single-vortex processes dominate over pairunbinding effects just above below Kosterlitz-Thouless temperature. Also, through processes, jump exponent can be washed out field, depending cell size array width.
