Depression and Anxiety in Iranian Patients with Behcet's Disease: A Single Center Experience

摘要: Background: This study was designed to determine and compare the stress, anxiety depression levels in Behcet’s disease (BD) patients a control group of normal individuals. Materials Methods: One-hundred six with BD were selected as cases controls 106 age- sex-matched participants referred Shiraz Dental school clinics due dental problems. We collected information 3 validated Farsi questionnaires: Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) for Beck Anxiety Index (BDI) Depression (BAI) anxiety. Results: Stress, significantly higher comparison ( p<0.001 ). Conclusions: A high level stress is frequent PSS, BDI BAI are useful determining these variations. Finally, we suggest psychiatrist consultation all periods treatment.
