Priapism--conservative treatment versus surgical procedures.

摘要: Summary— Fourteen patients with priapism have been treated over the last 1 2 years. Two had a recurrence and 5 years after primary incident. Abuse of alcohol (often combined psychotropic drugs) use antihypertensive drugs were most prominent aetiological factors. Three out 9 conservatively 6 shunt procedure preserved their erection ability. Our results indicate that conservative treatment is not justified should be performed least possible delay.
