摘要: Over the last three decades, psychological process view of bureaucratic red tape has developed significant new insights for human resource management in public sector. This chapter provides a meta-narrative perspective, drawing upon scholarship on emergence and significance view. The begins with an overview theoretical development concept followed by articulation theory tape. Next, key developments findings salient to sector are reviewed. concludes summarizing points noting that can join forces related approaches foster problem/solution-oriented approach management.
