Preparation of calcium ferrite by flue gas desulfurization gypsum

摘要: At present, the continuous accumulation of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) gypsum in steel plants leads to serious environmental issues and resource waste. To achieve green sustainable development for industry, it is significant improve usage by-product gypsum. Employing sintering FGD gypsum, ferric oxide, graphite carbon as raw materials, effects content, reaction time, molar ratio CaO Fe2O3 on rate were studied based orthogonal experiment. The results show that order three influencing factors is: Fe2O3 > reaction time > carbon content. Under optimal conditions 20 wt.% 4 h 1:1 Fe2O3, 95.79%, 97.57 wt.% calcium ferrite appears solid product, which can be used additive increase economic benefits enterprises realize ecological mode internal generation digestion waste iron enterprises.
