摘要: An ultraviolet-based or dual mode water purifying system operates under household pressure to provide a batch treatment of contaminated water. Treated is stored in pressurized reservoir, from which it may be released for use. A cycle initiated by drop within the system, occurs when sufficient has been withdrawn reservoir. The detected gauge linked UV lamp dimmer, causes change reduced-output standby an operative mode. dimmer further thermostatic switch positioned adjacent lamp, reduce output temperature exceeds predetermined level, and backwash event control, increase level during filter backwash. also employed generate ozone, reacted with ozone/water contactor upstream exposure chamber, that constitutes helical tube ozone being introduced fluid at base permitted rise through tube. provided between chamber remove suspended particles.
