摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small RNAs that control gene expression, and involved in the regulation of fundamental biological processes including development, cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis. miRNAs regulate expression normal hematopoiesis, aberrant miRNA might contribute to leukomogenesis. Specifically, miR-21 is abundantly expressed various tumors leukemia lymphoma, functionally oncogenic processes. We investigated a role for Sezary Syndrome (SS), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) with CD4+ tumor cells (Sezary cells) present skin, lymph nodes, peripheral blood. It was shown previously SS characterized by constitutively activated signal transducer activator transcription 3 (STAT3) signaling. In this study we show chromatin immunoprecipitation direct STAT3 target cells. Stimulation or healthy T common-γ chain cytokine IL-21 results strong activation STAT3, subsequent upregulation expression. Both pri- mature increased when compared from donors. Silencing apoptosis, suggesting functional leukomogenic process. Consequently, represent therapeutic treatment SS.
