摘要: Summary A comparative study of Spirulina drying in heat pump dryer (HPD) and conventional tray (CTD) was performed. The effects the methods used for sample were evaluated relation to operation kinetics characteristics dehydrated microalgae. air temperatures 50 60 °C, absolute humidity HPD ten times smaller than CTD. values total time 40% inferior found CTD, both temperatures. highest preservation temperature 50 °C, this condition, phycocyanin, phenolic compounds antioxidant activity 14%, 60% 10% higher same condition respectively. These results are showing that method is decisive product quality dehydrated.
