摘要: Abstract With the development of next-generation sequencing technologies, exploitation single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers from transcriptome sequences has gained more attention and this kind marker is widely utilized in plant genetic research. In study, genic SNP derived were identified 26 loquat cultivars. A total length 4183 bp using 9 sets primers was sequenced used for alignments. From this, 103 SNPs, with a frequency one per 41 bp, found, which comprised 55 transitions, 37 transversions, 8 InDels 3 other types. Among these percentage transitions transversions A/G, C/T, G/T, A/T, G/C A/C 31.1% (32), 22.3% (23), 13.6% (14), 11.7% (12), 6.8% (7) 3.9% (4), respectively. Of genotypes, 84 detected as homozygotes cultivars, heterozygous SNPs found some Cluster analysis cultivars also carried out data, phylogenetic tree constructed showed that all separated well, clustered into several groups basically corresponds to background them. The newly study will provide powerful tools molecular studies cultivar identification, diversity analyses marker-assisted selection breeding loquat.
