Export, Import and Economic Growth: The Case of Transition Economies

摘要: This study analyses the relationships between export, import and economic growth for 13 transition economies. Empirical results show that there is a unidirectional causality from to export. findings growth-led export hypothesis valid in those countries rather shaped by increase demand.
