摘要: The respiratory effects of internal mammary artery grafts as compared to saphenous vein were examined in 32 patients undergoing elective coronary bypass. Preoperatively, the following parameters measured and recorded: age, weight, pulmonary function, left ventricular arterial blood gases (PaO2, PaCO2, pH) when patient was breathing room air. Intraoperatively, a record made duration cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), length operation, pleural status; gases, hemoglobin, tidal volume recorded before sternotomy (FIO2 = 0.50), 30 minutes after weaning from CPB 1.0), postoperatively 0.40). In addition, concurrent with gas determination mixed venous sample drawn for shunt calculation (Q s /Q t ). group, who received only grafts, had significantly higher incidence pleurotomy (p (29.4 ± 3.3 percent versus 20.5 1.3 [p 17.8 1.8 24.6 0.7
