摘要: Although the evaluation of cardiac perfusion using MRI could be crucial importance for diagnosis ischemic heart diseases, it is still not a routinely used technique. The major difficulty that MR images are often corrupted by inconsistent myocardial motion. motion compensation methods have been studied throughout past decade, no clinically accepted solution has emerged. This partly due to lack comprehensive validation. To address this deficit we collected large multi-centre dataset and characterize typical confirmed under relevant conditions correction frequent requirement (67% all 586 cases). We then developed proposed which includes both rigid/affine non-rigid image registration. Quantitative validation conducted 6 different statistics provide evaluation, showing techniques highly robust anatomy patterns as well imaging acquisition parameters.
