Syntheses and magnetic properties of La1-xSrxMnOy (0.5 ≤ x ≤ 1.0) perovskite

摘要: La{sub 1{minus}x}Sr{sub x}MnO{sub y} with 0.0 {le} x 0.6, which reveals very interesting physical properties such as ferromagnetism and metallic resistivity, can easily be synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction. In case of composition > they cannot normal synthesis but two-stage reaction, at first makes oxygen-deficient high temperature then inserts oxygen O{sub 2} annealing low temperature. Nevertheless all obtained compound is single phase cubic perovskite structure, property observed in range 0.175 0.6 are not revealed, cause drastic change between 0.50 < 0.60.
