摘要: This article presents information on unintended pregnancies and the ongoing efforts of policy makers to promote long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) reduce numbers such pregnancies. Also discussed is tension between encouragement LARC public's interests in achieving that goal versus need assure all women can decide about their bodies reproductive needs. Our discussion includes information, primarily from United States, (a) risks associated with pregnancies, (b) devices approved States (copper intrauterine (IUDs), hormone IUDs, implants), (c) public social benefits increasing use LARC, (d) disadvantages barriers using (e) dangers promoting unjust ways, (f) meaning justice its connection justice. By sharing audience this journal, we hope it will be integrated into clinical work research mental health development. We also experts those fields become discussants conversation regarding women's taking place elsewhere.
