摘要: The Japanese government implemented drastic restructuring of the central in 2001. As a part this reform, incorporated administrative agency (IAA) system was newly introduced view carrying out certain public functions more flexible, business-like and autonomous way. Research development activities sector are now mostly conducted by agencies. In article, purpose reorganization is firstly described followed outline current accomplishments. concluding, undertaking new organization analyzed comparison with European “Anglo-Saxon” countries.
