Synthesis, characterization, optical absorption/fluorescence spectroscopy, and second-order nonlinear optical properties of aggregate molecular architectures of unsymmetrical Schiff-base zinc(II) complexes

摘要: This paper reports the synthesis and a detailed investigation in solution, through 1H NMR, optical absorption, fluorescence spectroscopy second-order nonlinear studies, on structure photophysical properties of series unsymmetrical alkoxy-derivatized Schiff-base ZnII species bearing one side an alkyl ammonium bromide as Lewis base. Overall results suggest that these complexes are present solution dichloromethane dimeric aggregates which each molecular unit mutually interacts with another intermolecular Zn⋯Br− interactions. represents alternative approach to control supramolecular architecture acidic, complexes.
