摘要: Losartan is an effective anti-hypotension drug frequently used in clinic. Compound danshen tablet (CDST) important traditional Chinese multiherbal formula composed of Danshen, Sanqi and Bingpian, which widely for the treatment cardiovascular cerebrovascular diseases China. More often, losartan CDST are simultaneously anti-hypertension The aim this study was to compare pharmacokinetics EXP3174 after oral administration single both CDST, investigate influence on its metabolite EXP3174. Male Sprague–Dawley rats were randomly assigned two groups: a losartan-only group group. Plasma concentrations determined by LC-MS at designated points administration, main pharmacokinetic parameters estimated. It found that there significant differences (p < 0.05) between EXP3174, showed influenced metabolism excretion vivo. result could be clinical medication guidance avoid occurrence adverse reactions.
