摘要: Abstract The proportion of the organic modifier and pH mobile phase were optimized in order to separate six important quinolones: ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, enoxacin, fleroxacin, ofloxacin pipemidic acid. was by establishing relationships between retention parameters Reichardt's E T N scale solvent polarity, Kamlet-Taft multiparameter eluent, using linear solvation energy (LSER). In addition, effect liquid junction potentials studied cells with commercial potentiometric sensors determine highest precision accuracy measurements achievable acetonitrile-water mixtures used as phases. This allows optimization for chromatographic separation required.
