摘要: Fracture dislocations of the proximal interphalangeal joint may occur by several different mechanisms injury and are 3 basic fracture patterns: palmar lip fractures, dorsal pilon fractures. Proper treatment these injuries is predicated on maintenance concentric reduction joint, restoration stability, institution early motion. Anatomic reconstitution articular surface, though ideal, less important. Many methods available to treat injuries.
