摘要: Bergenin is a C-glucoside of 4-O-methyl gallic acid isolated from several medicinal plants and has multiple biological activities. The aim this study was to assess the potential usefulness bergenin in hyperuricemia. We found that reduced serum urate levels hyperuricemia mice by promoting renal gut uric excretion. treatment increased Abcg2 expression both kidneys intestine, while Slc2a9 suppressed kidney intestine. Moreover, induced ABCG2 HK-2 Caco-2 cells, as well SLC2A9 via activation PPARγ. Nevertheless, cells inhibiting nuclear translocation p53. Furthermore, decreased IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α mice, promoted polarization shift M1 M2 phenotype RAW264.7 cells.
